Torresco Realty signed as the exclusive broker to represent and consummate the sale of this turn-of-the century wine distribution facility family owned for over 80 years by three generations of wine importers. The Church of Scientology purchased the 30,000 s.f. elevator loft building seeking to transform it into a spiritual haven.
